Being healthy and getting out of an unhealthily pattern requires action.
There is no other way. Sometimes it just takes a small step to get going on a course of wellness. But in the case of bad movement patterns, it can take perseverance and focus to move beyond them. Climbing a few “mountains” along the way with incremental efforts can be required to retrain these patterns.
Regardless of the length of the journey, taking action is a key element to all paths that lead to success when it comes to wellness, fitness and happiness.
And, often the hardest part is just getting started. Our bodies and systems within are designed to resist change in their endless job of maintaining balance. Within that homeostasis exist boundaries that the mind and body do not want to allow you to go beyond.

Movement is key to every journey in this field. Finding help, going for a walk, creating a plan, are all important “steps”.
