West Coast Personal Training provides the best one-on-one training in the privacy of your own home, office, gym or outdoors. Located in Vancouver, B.C., we specialize in programs that suit your specific needs and goals, and work with individuals of all fitness levels and ages.
At West Coast Personal Training, we will design a program that works for you, to work towards your goals, and achieve whatever it is that you may be after. Whether it is the Grouse Grind, a 10k run, half-marathon, or adventure racing, we will do our very best to get you there.

I offer general fitness programs for all levels of activity from beginner to advanced training. I also offer periodization programs and sport-specific training for athletes and first time competitors of endurance sports events.
There are a large variety of programs available at West Coast Personal Training:Weight Loss,Strength Training,Endurance,Toning and Reshaping
Flexibility,Body-Building,Nutrition, Sport-Specific (golf,biking,running,climbing)
If there is something that you are interested in that is not mentioned here, please feel free to ask me, and I will do my best to design a program that is suited to your goals.
Individual training can be done in your home*, office, gym or outdoors.
Group training can be done in-home, office and/or outdoors.
Education- BCRPA Registered Personal Trainer, BCRPA Certified Fitness Trainer, BA from University of British Columbia – major in Economics
