All Boditree Staff are Certified Pilates Instructors & Practitioners, with a specialty in rehabilitation for chronic pain and injury. Boditree also runs educational programs, with a 1 year certification and apprenticeship program which strictly adheres to the principles and guidlines set by the Canadian Pilates Association.
We offer fully personalized workouts in a relaxed environment filled with custom built professional Pilates apparatus. Services include Pilates, Pilates Instructor Training, Kinesiology and Rehabilitative exercises.
Boditree’s instructor training program features the teachings of 5 different Practitioners, a physiotherapist for the anatomy component of the course, plus attendance to all Boditree workshops. Our main goal in running this program is to produce staff for our studio, in addition to enhancing the growing community of Pilates Instructors worldwide.
Boditree’s program adheres to the principles and guidlines of the Canadian Pilates Association (CPA), which states an instructor must have 1,000 hours of teaching experience prior to being classified as an Instructor.
