This
internationally recognized research based certification program was
developed with input from sports medicine physicians,
physiotherapists and sport psychologists along with yoga and fitness
experts
This
exciting new certification training incorporates the latest in
mind body fitness, exercise science, medical research and safety
standards while honoring the practices and tools of ancient yogic
science. The program is delivered under the aegis of the
International Society of Yoga Education (ISYE). This yoga fitness
training system is the only one of its kind - worldwide. The ISYE
instructor certification program "updates" traditional
yoga asanas (postures) to reflect current exercise science and
safety standards.
The
instructor certification program created by ISYE, tests students
in yoga fitness theory only. However the extensive 200 page
program manual offers a wide variety of traditional yoga based
tools that students can use to customize yoga programming to fit
the needs of the group they are working with.

programming adheres to fitness standards as laid out by the
American Council On Exercise and the American College of Sports
Medicine.

For Natural Therapies & Holistic Studies
Established in Windsor in 1997, Aromatica
was the first – and only – school in Canada to offer a registered
diploma in Myomassology, the form of massage that begins where Swedish
massage ends. Students receive in-depth training in a multitude of
modalities, making them competitive candidates for employment in the
burgeoning health prevention and alternative treatment field.
Our intensive Aromatherapy program is a
